The King Suite is approximately 900 square feet and has a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. The Bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom consosts of a Jacuzzi soaking tub and a separate shower. These rooms provide a great view of the mountain range and the golf course.                                     Sleeps 4: Two couples or Two solos.

The Queen Suite is approximately 600 square feet and has a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, living room, and bedroom. The bedroom provides a queen-size bed. These suites offer a great view of the mountain range and the golf course. Sleeps: One couple or Two solos.

The Four Bedroom Casitas are located in separate resort buildings from the lodge. Each unit is approximately 1300 sq ft and includes four private bedrooms with queen-size beds and two pass-through bathrooms. Additionally, they are equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, and living room. The ground floor units have a propane barbecue grill and a sitting area. These units are situated near the 3rd fairway/green and offer a great view of the mountain range. The Two Bedroom Casitas are located at a separate resort buildings from the lodge. Rest and unwind in a  is approximately 1200 sq ft. These unit includes two private bedrooms with queen-size beds and two pass-through bathrooms. They also have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, and living room. The ground floor units have a propane barbeque grill and a sitting area. These units sit right off the 3rd fairway/green and have a great mountain range.

Check- In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. During high occupancy periods such as summer, early check-ins, and late check-outs are not available. Guests may access resort amenities starting at their arrival time.

Occupancy Limitations:  Each rental property has a specific maximum occupancy limit and rules of conduct, which must be strictly enforced. The number of adults and minors occupying your rental unit must be stated when booking. 

Cancellations for Lodge & Casitas  You must cancel 30 days before arrival, or the full value of the reservation will be charged. The full value equals the entire reservation amount (not including the cleaning fee). Once you are within 30 days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. 

There are no refunds nor prorations for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather, air quality, or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason.

Security Deposit: In the event of a violation of our "no smoking", "no pet" or "maximum occupancy" policies, or any incidental damages occurring during the tenancy, the credit card on file will be subject to an appropriate charge to cover expenses or repairs. Additional housekeeping charges will be levied in cases where excessive cleaning is required and/or check-out procedures are not adhered to.

Pet Policy: Desert Canyon Golf Resort upholds a strict no-pets policy within our establishments. However, service animals with proper documentation are an exception to this regulation. It is imperative to note that any damage incurred during the stay, or the necessity for additional cleaning post-departure, will result in the entire cost of remediation being charged to the credit card on file. Guests found to be in violation of the no-pets policy by bringing pets into non-pet friendly accommodations will be required to remove the pet and will be subject to a violation fee.

Good Neighbor Ordinance: The Responsible Party becomes responsible that all guests and visitors respect and understand the County's “Good Neighbor Ordinance.” Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm- 7:30 am. You shall not exceed occupancy of the home at any time.

No Smoking:  Smoking on the premises of any unit is prohibited. If tobacco odor is noted on check out, a $500 penalty charge will apply in addition to additional cleaning and fumigation costs.

Housekeeping:  Each Suite/Condo is cleaned thoroughly after your departure between guests. Cleaning fees are determined by the size of the property, the number of beds, and the total hours it takes to prepare the property for each guest's stay fully. If you wish more frequent cleaning, additional housekeeping may be scheduled for an additional hourly charge. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at check-out will result in extended housekeeping hours and will be charged to the credit card used to pay for your occupancy. Should it be necessary to clean carpets, remove stains, repaint, repair finishes, or replace furnishings, textiles, or housewares, you will be charged for labor, materials, and merchandise, plus a 20% service and handling fee.

During Your Stay: Upon your arrival, your casita or condo will be equipped with starter amenity kits, a laundry kit, dishwashing supplies, as well as paper products such as tissue, toilet paper, paper towels and regular coffe. Please note that these items are provided for your convenience at the beginning of your stay, but they will not be replenished indefinitely
