The King Suite is approximately 900 square feet and has a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. The Bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom consosts of a Jacuzzi soaking tub and a separate shower. These rooms provide a great view of the mountain range and the golf course. Sleeps 4: Two couples or Two solos.

The Queen Suite is approximately 600 square feet and has a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, living room, and bedroom. The living room includes a pull-out sofa. The bedroom provides a queen-size bed. These suites offer a great view of the mountain range and the golf course. Sleeps: One couple or Two solos.

The Four Bedroom Casita is approximately 1300 square feet. This unit includes four private bedrooms with queen-size beds and two pass-through bathrooms. They also have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, and living room. The ground floor units have a propane barbeque grill and a sitting area. The ground floor units are 1401, 1501, 1601, and 1701. These units sit right off the 3rd fairway/green and have a great mountain range view. Sleeps Four couples or Four solos.

The two-bedroom Casita is approximately 1200 square feet. This unit includes two private bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds and two bathrooms. It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, and living room. The ground floor units also have a propane barbeque grill and sitting area. The ground floor units are 1402, 1502, 1602, and 1702. These rooms sit right off the 3rd fairway/green and have a great mountain range view. Sleeps Two couples or Two solos.

Check-In time begins at 4:00 pm. The rooms may be unavailable during the busy season at 4:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in request, but we cannot guarantee anything before 4:00 pm. 

Check-out is at 11: 00 a.m. sharp is the scheduled check-out time. Rooms with arrival on your departure date must be vacated by 11:00 am. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance.

Occupancy Limitations:  Each rental property has a specific maximum occupancy limit and rules of conduct, which must be strictly enforced. The number of adults and minors occupying your rental unit must be stated when booking. 

Cancellations 

The Lodge & Casitas: You must cancel more than 30 days before arrival and will forfeit the total amount. Cancellations received within 30 of arrival will be charged the total price on the credit card on file. Once you are within 30 days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.In the event of a cancelation, regardless of the notice timeframe, 100% of supplementary (non-rent) charges, such as cleaning and damage waivers, will be refunded regardless of when you cancel your reservation as long as occupancy has not occurred.

There are no refunds nor prorations for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather, air quality, or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason.

Good Neighbor Ordinance: The Responsible Party becomes responsible that all guests and visitors respect and understand the County's “Good Neighbor Ordinance.” Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm- 7:30 am. You shall not exceed occupancy of the home at any time.

No Smoking:  Smoking on the premises of any unit is prohibited. If tobacco odor is noted on check out, a $500 penalty charge will apply in addition to additional cleaning and fumigation costs.

Housekeeping:  Each Suite/Condo is cleaned thoroughly after your departure between guests. Cleaning fees are determined by the size of the property, the number of beds, and the total hours it takes to prepare the property for each guest's stay fully. If you wish more frequent cleaning, additional housekeeping may be scheduled for an additional hourly charge. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at check-out will result in extended housekeeping hours and will be charged to the credit card used to pay for your occupancy. Should it be necessary to clean carpets, remove stains, repaint, repair finishes, or replace furnishings, textiles, or housewares, you will be charged for labor, materials, and merchandise, plus a 20% service and handling fee.
